- 1 C olive oil
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1/4 C vinegar (red wine)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp mustard (yellow prepared)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp basil (dried)
- 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1/4 tsp thyme (dried)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or dressing container; chill for at least two hours prior to serving.
