This Privacy Policy of Mainly Vegan® LLC, an Oregon limited liability corporation (“Mainly Vegan,” “we,” “us” or “our”), sets forth the privacy terms as to the Mainly Vegan® website (“website”). By accessing, using or registering with the website, you, the end user (“User”) accept and agree to this Privacy Policy. Mainly Vegan® values Users’ privacy, feedback and candor very highly. Any User information we collect is considered private and we do not use it or share it except as permitted herein, without User’s permission. We use this information at Mainly Vegan® to provide the best quality service possible. Information Collected by Mainly Vegan®

Users may also have their Profile information deleted or deactivated by contacting Mainly Vegan® directly at Users may be asked to confirm their identity in connection with such requests.

Use of Messaging

Users may not use any messaging or other email services that we offer to send spam (i.e., unsolicited commercial email) or otherwise send content that would violate Mainly Vegan®’s Terms of Service. We may monitor, track or save messages sent through the website, but will be under no obligation to do so.

Mainly Vegan® utilizes email as a vital and primary communication channel with Users. Registered Users acknowledge and grant Mainly Vegan® the permission to communicate with them via email for any purposes Mainly Vegan® determines to be relevant, including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, alerts, notices, bulletins, newsletters, service announcements and other marketing messages.
