  • 4 oz Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 C red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 oz black olives (sliced)
  • 1/3 C Parmesan cheese (non-dairy shredded)

Instructions
  1. Cook the bread and garlic in the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until browned / crisp; remove from the pan.
