Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C water
- 1 C oats (old fashioned)
- 1/2 apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
- 1 banana (mashed or sliced)
- 1/4 C raisins
- 2 Tbsp walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Bring the water to a boil over high heat; add the oats, stir, and lower the heat to medium low.
Add the remaining ingredients; cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Recipe Notes
Serve with soy milk and brown sugar, if desired.
Cover and store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
