Ingredients
  • 1 3/4C water
  • 1C oats (old fashioned)
  • 1/2 apple(peeled, cored and chopped)
  • 1 banana(mashed or sliced)
  • 1/4C raisins
  • 2Tbsp walnuts(chopped)
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil over high heat; add the oats, stir, and lower the heat to medium low.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients; cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Recipe Notes

Serve with soy milk and brown sugar, if desired.

Cover and store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
