- 1 lb green beans (cleaned and snapped)
- 2/3 C yellow onions (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced or chopped)
- 1 Tbsp bacon bits (soy)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Place the washed green beans into a steamer in a large pan filled (below steamer level) with water.
- Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the top of the beans; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the beans are tender when pierced with a fork.
