- 1 C soy milk
- 1 C orange juice
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until well mixed.
Serve with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
You can use almond, rice, coconut or hemp milk in place of the soy milk.
Cover and store for up to three days in the refrigerator.
