Italian Dressing

This is a great go-to salad dressing that goes well with anything – and is so much healthier and tastier than bottled dressings. Try it with our green salad, potato salad, and/or pasta salad.

  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 1/4 C vinegar (red wine)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard (yellow prepared)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp basil (dried)
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
  • 1/4 tsp thyme (dried)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or dressing container; chill for at least two hours prior to serving.
