Here’s a tasty and nutritious low-fat breakfast (or anytime) smoothie.

This recipe has been added to your Shopping List
- 1 C soy milk
- 3/4 C orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 C strawberries
- 2 Tbsp walnuts
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until well mixed.
You can use almond, rice, coconut or hemp milk in place of the soy milk.
Cover and store for up to three days in the refrigerator.
