- 2 C fingerling potatoes (washed and dried)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sage (dried)
- 1 tsp rosemary (dried)
- 1 tsp thyme (dried)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
On a lined baking pan or cookie sheet, spread the potato mixture in a single layer; bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly tender when pierced with a fork.
