Ingredients
  • 2C fingerling potatoes(washed and dried)
  • 1Tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp sage (dried)
  • 1tsp rosemary (dried)
  • 1tsp thyme (dried)
  • 1/2tsp chili powder
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/4tsp garlic salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. On a lined baking pan or cookie sheet, spread the potato mixture in a single layer; bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly tender when pierced with a fork.
