  • 1 Roma tomato (sliced)
  • 1 oz arugula

Instructions
  1. Spread one side of the slice of bread with the butter; place the bread buttered side down into a large saute pan.

  2. Top the unbuttered side of the bread with the cheeses; place the other slice of bread on top (buttered side out), and cook in the pan until grilled / brown; flip and cook the other buttered side.
