Ingredients
  • 4slices wheat bread
  • 2Tbsp butter (dairy)
  • 2oz cheddar cheese (dairy)(sliced)
  • 2oz mozzarella cheese (dairy)(sliced)
  • 1/3C yellow onions(sliced)
  • 1 Roma tomato(sliced)
  • 1oz arugula
Instructions
  1. Spread one side of the slice of bread with the butter; place the bread buttered side down into a large saute pan.
  2. Top the unbuttered side of the bread with the cheeses; place the other slice of bread on top (buttered side out), and cook in the pan until grilled / brown; flip and cook the other buttered side.
  3. Remove the sandwiches from the pan; gently open each sandwich and top with the onion, tomatoes, and arugula.
