- 1/4 C buttery spread (melted)
- 2 Tbsp flour (unbleached all purpose)
- 1/3 C soy milk
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise (eggless)
- 1 tsp mustard (Dijon)
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
In a blender, add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
