Ingredients
- 4 hot dog buns (toasted)
- 4 sausage brauts (meatless)
- 4 tsp dill pickle relish
- 4 tsp mustard (yellow prepared)
- 1/2 C cheddar cheese (soy) (shredded)
- 1/3 C yellow onions (finely chopped)

Instructions
- Slightly brown / heat the brauts (sausages or dogs) in a lightly greased pan over medium heat.

- Add the sausage / dog to each bun; top with 1 teaspoon each of relish and mustard.

- Add 1/2 cup of chili to each sausage / dog; top with the cheddar cheese and onion.

Recipe Notes
You can use a hoagie or other bread in place of the hot dog buns - or meatless hot dogs or other sausages instead of the brauts.
