- 2 C mushrooms (Crimini)
- 1 C mushrooms (Shitake)
- 3 green onions
- 2/3 C yellow onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 T basil leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 C wine (white dry)
- 2 C rice (Arborio uncooked)
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t black ground pepper
- 1 t thyme (dried)
- 1/4 C buttery spread
- 2/3 C Parmesan cheese (non-dairy grated)
