- 8 oz. tofu (firm, water-packed), rinsed and drained
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 celery stalk (thinly sliced)
- 1 T mayonnaise (eggless)
- 2 T dill pickle relish
- 1 T parsley (fresh), finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 t mustard (Dijon)
- 1/4 t oregano (dried)
- 1/4 t cumin
- 1/4 t turmeric
- 1/8 t black ground pepper
