  • 1/3 C orange juice
  • 2 C asparagus (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 3 T vinegar (white wine)
  • 2 T water
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 t Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1-1/2 C cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 C red bell pepper
  • 1/2 C basil leaves (fresh)
  • 4 oz. black olives
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 T capers
