  • 1-1/2 C zucchini (sliced and halved)
  • 1 t basil (dried)

  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1/4 t crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 2 t olive oil
  • 1 C soy milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 3/4 C parmesan cheese (plant-based, grated)
