Ingredients
  • 1/4C flour (unbleached all purpose)
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/2C water
  • 1 1/2C vegetable broth
  • 1 1/2C soy milk
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Gradually add the water, broth, and milk, blending with a whisk; bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
