Ingredients
  • 1/2C vegetable oil
  • 1/2C almonds(raw unsalted)
  • 7oz garbanzo beans (canned chickpeas)(rinsed and drained)
  • 1/3C nutritional yeast
  • 6oz tofu (silken soft boxed)
  • 1/2C water
  • 1/2C lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2Tbsp chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 1tsp oregano (dried)
  • 1tsp cilantro (dried)
  • 1/2tsp curry powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp cumin
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the oil, almonds, and garbanzo beans.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined and of a smooth consistency; chill covered in the refrigerator for at least one hour prior to serving.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
