Ingredients
  • 1Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 celery stalks(cut into 3/4″ slices)
  • 1 1/2C yellow onions(chopped)
  • 1C bell pepper (green)(chopped)
  • 1 1/2C broccoli
  • 2 garlic cloves(minced)
  • 1C mushrooms (crimini)(sliced)
  • 2/3C snap peas
  • 3 green onions(sliced)
  • 3Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1Tbsp plum sauce
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1tsp chili sauce
  • 1tsp ginger (fresh)(minced)
Instructions
  1. In a large pan, saute the celery, onion, bell pepper, broccoli, and garlic over medium high heat in the sesame oil until slightly tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms, snap peas, green onions, sauces and spices to the pan; simmer covered for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Serve over rice, if desired.

You can also add tofu, carrots, asparagus, or other vegetables to the stir fry mixture.

Store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
