Ingredients
  • 16oz tofu (soft / silken water-packed)(drained)
  • 1/4C vegetable oil
  • 1/3C brown sugar(packed)
  • 1/2tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8tsp salt
  • 1/2Tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp ginger (ground)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cover and chill for at least two hours prior to serving.
Recipe Notes

Serve with pumpkin pie, crisps, cobblers, or other desserts.

Cover and store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
