Ingredients
  • 3Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 2C mozzarella cheese (almond)(shredded)
  • 6 Roma tomatoes(thinly sliced)
  • 1/4C basil leaves (fresh)(chopped)
  • 2Tbsp oregano (fresh)(chopped)
  • 1/4C Parmesan cheese (non-dairy grated)
Instructions
  1. Mix the olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl; spread the oil mixture onto a prepared pizza crust.
  2. Top the crust with the cheeses, tomatoes and herbs, and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes.

Cover and store for up to one week in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to six months.
