Ingredients
  • 8oz pasta(boiled and drained)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes(sliced and quartered)
  • 1/4C pine nuts
  • 1/4C basil leaves (fresh)(chopped)
  • 2oz black olives(sliced)
  • 1/4C Parmesan cheese (non-dairy grated)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the pesto sauce.
  2. Prepare the pasta according to the package directions.
  3. Add the pesto sauce to the hot pasta; garnish with the tomatoes, pine nuts, basil, olives, and cheese.
Recipe Notes

Cover and refrigerate for up to one week.
