Ingredients
  • 1lb asparagus(thin, trimmed)
  • 1Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves(minced)
  • 2Tbsp Parmesan cheese (non-dairy grated)
  • 1Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the asparagus; bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly tender when pierced with a fork.
