Ingredients
  • 4oz Romaine lettuce(chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes(chopped or sliced)
  • 1 avocado(sliced)
  • 1/4C red onion(thinly sliced)
  • 15oz hearts of palm(sliced)
  • 2Tbsp pine nuts
  • 1/2 cucumber(chopped or sliced)
  • 1/2C mushrooms (crimini)(sliced)
  • 1/2C mozzarella cheese (soy)(shredded)
  • 4oz black olives(sliced)
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and serve chilled.
