Ingredients
  • 1lb green beans(snapped in half)
  • 1/2C yellow onions(minced)
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves(minced)
  • 1Tbsp bacon bits (soy)
  • 1tsp mustard (Dijon)
  • 1/3C balsamic vinegar
  • 2tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Steam the beans over medium high heat until tender when pierced with a fork.
  2. In a medium pan, saute the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat until tender.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan; lower the heat and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the beans, toss and serve.
Recipe Notes

Cover and refrigerate for up to four days.
