Ingredients
  • 1C balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2C mustard (Dijon)
  • 1/4C olive oil
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves(minced)
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl until mixed well.
Recipe Notes

Use with tofu steaks / cubes and marinate for at least two hours or overnight — and then bake, fry or grill the marinated tofu.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
