Ingredients
  • 1/2C parsley (fresh)
  • 1/3C cilantro (fresh)
  • 1/4C green onions(chopped)
  • 1/2tsp chili powder
  • 1/2tsp cumin
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1Tbsp yogurt (non-dairy plain)
  • 15oz white northern beans(canned, drained)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
Recipe Notes

Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.

Cover and store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
