Ingredients
  • 2 zucchini(cut in half lenghwise)
  • 2Tbsp Parmesan cheese (non-dairy grated)
  • 2tsp olive oil
  • 1/4tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4tsp black pepper
  • 1/4tsp paprika
  • 1Tbsp basil leaves (fresh)(chopped)
Instructions
  1. Arrange the zucchini on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the zucchini halves; bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly tender when pierced with a fork.
