Ingredients
  • 4slices wheat bread(toasted)
  • 8slices bacon (meatless)
  • 4tsp mayonnaise (eggless)
  • 1oz Romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato(sliced)
Instructions
  1. In a medium pan, cook the meatless bacon strips according to the package directions.
  2. Spread the lightly toasted bread with the mayonnaise (1 teaspoon on each slice); add the “bacon,” tomato and lettuce.
Recipe Notes

You can add a slice of cheese, if desired. You can also use arugula, spinach or other greens, or smoky flavored tempeh or other meatless bacon.
