Ingredients
  • 1 artichoke(destemmed)
  • 1/3C mayonnaise (eggless)
  • 1Tbsp basil leaves (fresh)(chopped)
  • 2tsp chipotle chiles in adobo sauce(chopped)
  • 1tsp mustard (Dijon)
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/8tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Steam the artichoke until it is tender and its leaves can be easily removed; sprinkle with the salt and black pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; chill and serve with the steamed artichoke(s).
