  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 C mayonnaise (eggless)
  • 3 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 C yellow onions (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 2 oz Romaine lettuce (torn or chopped)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (sliced)

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mash the garbanzo beans with a fork or potato masher.

Add additional mayonnaise, and a slice of cheese, if desired.
